BATCH #8

It seems like forever since I've had a batch of kittens to foster. With our house being renovated for a 2-month period, the holiday season and being out-of-town, these events definitely hampered my availability to foster kittens. But now that the house renovations are complete, I am finally available to welcome back the cute, little fur balls!

Another *VOKRA foster family was heading out of town, so I was able to continue fostering their litter of 10-week old kittens.

Here are the "Kittypants" litter. All of the kittens are named after different styles of pants.

Top: Chino
Middle L-R: Bloomer, Corduroy, Jean
Bottom: Breeches

The only style of pants that I would have known from the list is Corduroy and Jean. I don`t know what kind of pants Chino, Bloomer or Breeches are.

These kittens are so shy ... to the point of almost seeming scared of us the first night we had them. However, after a day, they are slowly warming up to us, but a couple of them still hide for cover behind the toilet when we walk into the bathroom.

I have been cuddling and kissing all the kittens and they do not fight the affection, so hopefully they will learn to trust me soon.

I saw them playing with the toilet paper. We have two different roll holders in our bathroom, so I moved the rolls onto higher ground, but totally forgot about the standing toilet roll holder. So, I came back into the bathroom to their handy work:

The top and bottom rolls can be salvaged, but I might have to go down a few layers on the second one.

I better go and find them a scratching post before they start attacking my towels too.
